As an overall rule I’m printing from pdf files. The page has a single files ZIP option, it’s supposed to give people the accessibility to single dividers in an errata scenario, print failure etc., so they can print what they need to and save ink.
A4 sheets have a width of 210 mm and a length of 297 mm. A4 paper size sheets are part of the ISO 216 system that has been internationally adopted.
Letter paper has a width of 215.9 mm with a length of 279.4 mm. used throughout North & South America
I’m printing my dividers in print shop on 280 – 350 gram paper and sleeve (info below)
I’m cutting dividers by myself, using a hobby knife, metal ruler and cutting mat. Always use a sharp knife, and whenever you can, try to cut outside of the graphic. Video guide is below.
I’m sleeving my dividers, as I’m not a fan of laminating things, it’s a personal preference. Below you will find two sleeving options for both formats.
Horizontal

They are 75mm x 100mm so you will need to cut out the excess of the sleeve.
